The Riverdale’s Carriage House was once home to the Kelly family’s cherished steeds along with the elaborate coaches they would pilot. Today, this restored Queen Anne style bungalow welcomes travelers from all over the world.
The larger of the two rooms located in the inn’s carriage house, a picturesque building teeming with historical significance, the Lancaster is private retreat all your own. The carriage house’s rare double jerkin-head cross gable roof has the distinction of being the only known to exist in Jacksonville and among the few left in Florida.
